Sister Church in Ukraine
Since 1997, in cooperation with the Minnesota Baptist Conference, Elk River Baptist Church has established a Sister Church relationship with a church in Bezpechna, Ukraine. Along with many opportunities to support our Sister Church through prayer and gifts, we have sent teams on many occasions to assist in a week-long Adventure Camp for children and youth in Bezpechna and surrounding villages. The camp is the highlight of the year for village kids, where an average of 140 attend daily.
